For personalized benefit estimates

  1. Sign in to ssa.gov (you may need to create an account)
  2. Open your earnings record — direct link

    Look for "Review your full earnings record now" under Eligibility and Earnings

  3. Copy the table — press and hold on the table, drag the handles to cover every row, then tap CopySelect All (Ctrl+A) works great
  4. Come back to this tab and paste below — press and hold the box, then tap Paste
